The Anonymous Eskimo Podcast
The Anonymous Eskimo Podcast is an Indigenous podcast devoted to uplift Indigenous peoples, with a mission to send hope to those struggling with the negative stigma placed upon mental health issues, the disease of alcoholism, and drug addiction. To also bring awareness to the MMIWG2S & MMIP crisis. Through guests sharing their experiences, inspiration, strength, and hope. I want to break the stigma that is associated with indigenous people, mental health and recovery.

Dustin Morris
On this episode I check in with Dustin Morris, who is the Area Director for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Alaska chapter. We not only talk about what’s new in Dustin’s life, we discuss what’s new with the Alaska chapter of AFSP. We also discuss how Alaska holds some of the highest rates of suicide in the nation, and how Alaska Native Indigenous people are disproportionately affected. We also discuss how afsp_alaska was honored with one of three of the first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion awards for their collaborative efforts to bring culturally competent prevention and education programs to Alaska Native communities.
